摘　　要：早产儿因发育不全(hypoplasia),在出生后易患感染性疾病,β-内酰胺类抗生素优先应用于早产儿感染的治疗。现汇总早产儿存在胎膜早破(premature rupture of membranes)史感染风险、细菌性脑膜炎(bacterial meningitis)及败血症(septicemia)等情况应用β-内酰胺类抗生素的原则和效果,列举不同体质量、日龄及肾功能早产儿用药的品种、剂量及给药频次等,为临床应用提供一定依据。Premature infants are prone to infectious diseases after birth due to hypoplasia,β-lactam antibiotic is a priority for the treatment of infection in premature infants.This article summarized the principles and effects ofβ-lactam antibiotics applied to premature rupture of membranes,bacterial meningitis and septicemia,and listed the variety,dosage and frequency of medication used in premature infants with different body weight,age and renal function,to provide certain basis for clinical practice.
