摘  要:为制得高效绿色吸附材料,采用液滴聚合法通过La(Ⅲ)-Al(Ⅲ)双离子交联海藻酸钠(Sodium alginate,SA)及Fe3O4反应制得一种新型磁性聚合物凝胶球(Fe3O4@Al-SA-La),用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、UV-Vis等对其进行了表征,并直接用于对水体中直接棕2(Direct Brown 2,DB 2)和直接棕95(Direct Brown 95,DB 95)染料的吸附,探究了制备条件和吸附条件对该吸附剂性能的影响。结果表明,在SA、La(NO3)3和Fe3O4溶液浓度分别为16 g·L^(-1)、30 g·L^(-1)和3.2 g·L^(-1),La(Ⅲ)-Al(Ⅲ)双离子摩尔比为3∶4时,将25℃下制得的凝胶球0.05 g用于吸附处理浓度分别为2500 mg·L^(-1)和2000 mg·L^(-1)的DB 2和DB 95溶液,在接触时间为120 min时吸附量分别达到1178 mg·g^(-1)和954 mg·g^(-1),且吸附过程均符合拟二级速率模型,Langmuir模型可准确描述染料的吸附行为。通过对吸附染料前后凝胶球的FT-IR、UV-vis和XPS谱图变化分析说明Fe3O4@Al-SA-La凝胶球主要通过静电吸附作用、氢键作用和络合作用来实现对染料的高效吸附,并能对pH 2.0~10.0酸度范围的染料废水进行有效净化,且低价环保和易回收,极具发展潜力。In order to produce an efficient green adsorption material,a novel magnetic polymer gel spheres(Fe_3O_4@Al-SA-La)were created by liquid drop polymerization of La(Ⅲ)-Al(Ⅲ)double ion-crosslinked sodium alginate(SA)and Fe_3O_4.XRD,SEM-EDS,FT-IR and UV-Vis were used to characterize the composite which were directly used for the adsorption of Direct Brown 2(DB 2)and Direct Brown 95(DB 95)dyes in aqueous solutions.The findings revealed that when the SA,La(NO_3)_3,and Fe_3O_4 solution concentrations were 16 g·L^(-1),30 g·L^(-1),and 3.2 g·L^(-1),respectively,and the molar ratio of La(Ⅲ)and Al(Ⅲ)ions was 3∶4,0.05 g of the prepared gel spheres was used to respectively treat DB 2 and DB 95 solutions with concentrations of 2500 mg·L^(-1)and 2000 mg·L^(-1),the adsorption amounts reached 1178 mg·g^(-1)and 954 mg·g^(-1)under the adsorption condition of 120 min.The adsorption processes followed the Pseudo-second-order rate model,and the Langmuir model effectively described the dye adsorption behavior.The changes of FT-IR,UV-Vis and XPS spectra of gel spheres before and after dye adsorption show that Fe_3O_4@Al-SA-La can achieve high-efficiency adsorption of dyes through electrostatic adsorption,hydrogen bonding and complexation,and effectively purifies dye wastewater with a wide range of pH 2.0 to 10.0.Fe_3O_4@Al-SA-La composite is low-cost,environmentally friendly,easy to recycle and has great development potential.
