摘 要:采用高温固相法以碱土硅铝酸盐体系Ba_(6)Al_(18)Si_(2)O_(37)为基质,选取Eu^(2+)为激活剂,通过不等价取代的方式引入稀土离子RE^(3+)调节基质内部缺陷,成功制备了一系列黄色长余辉材料Ba((6-x-y))Al18Si2O37∶xEu^(2+),yRE^(3+)(RE=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Gd,Tb,Dy,Tm,Ho,Er,Lu)。以Ba((6-x-y))Al18Si2O37∶Eu^(2+),Tm3+为代表详细研究其结构、发光、余辉、缺陷及热释光谱,利用X射线粉末衍射仪对样品的结构进行了表征,证明所得到的荧光粉具有单一结构,掺杂离子的加入并没有改变晶体结构。在366 nm紫外光激发下,样品出现一个主峰位于555 nm的宽带发射,对应于Eu^(2+)的4f65d1→4f7的跃迁发射。黄色长余辉材料Ba_(6)Al_(18)Si_(2)O_(37)∶Eu^(2+),Tm3+可被可见光激发,黄色余辉保持肉眼可见亮度(>0.32 mcd/m^(2))8小时以上。分析共掺杂稀土离子RE^(3+)对材料热释光谱的影响,发现RE^(3+)对Ba_(6)Al_(18)Si_(2)O_(37)∶Eu^(2+)热释光强度的影响与稀土离子的光学电负性密切相关。当电负性在1.18~1.28之间时,共掺杂能够不同程度提高Ba_(6)Al_(18)Si_(2)O_(37)∶Eu^(2+)的余辉的强度及持续时间。A series of novel yellow long-lasting phosphorescence(LLP)phosphors Ba_6Al_(18)Si_2O_(37)∶Eu^(2+),RE^(3+)(RE=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Lu)were prepared through the conventional high-temperature solid-state reaction in a reductive atmosphere.The properties of Ba_6Al_(18)Si_2O_(37)∶Eu^(2+),Tm^(3+)were systematically investigated by using X-ray diffraction(XRD),photoluminescence(PL)and thermoluminescence(TL)spectra.The obtained phosphor had a single structure,and adding doping ions did not significantly destroy the crystal structure.Under the excitation of 366 nm,the Ba_6Al_(18)Si_2O_(37)∶Eu^(2+),Tm^(3+)phosphor exhibits yellow light with a peak at 555 nm,which is attributed to the 4f~65d~1→4f~7 electronic transition of Eu^(2+)ions.Long,yellow afterglow material,Ba_6Al_(18)Si_2O_(37)∶Eu^(2+),Tm^(3+),can be excited by using visible light,and the bright long afterglow can last for 8 h in the light perception of the dark-adapted human eye(0.32 mcd/m^(2)).The effects of RE^(3+)ions on phosphorescence properties of the phosphors were analyzed,and the results showed that the co-doping of RE^(3+)substantially affected TL intensity,which was closely related to the optical electronegativity.When the electronegativity of RE^(3+)ranges between 1.18 and 1.28,the co-doping of RE^(3+)can improve the intensity and duration of the persistent luminescence in Ba_6Al_(18)Si_2O_(37)∶Eu^(2+).
