早发型子痫前期发病的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析早发型子痫前期发病的影响因素。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月在郑州大学附属郑州中心医院接受产前检查且完成随访的983例孕11~14+1周孕妇作为研究对象,统计早发型子痫前期的发生率,将孕妇分为观察组(发生早发型子痫前期)与对照组(未发生早发型子痫前期),比较观察组与对照组孕妇的血清筛查指标、流行病学资料,对早发型子痫前期发病的危险因素进行分析。结果在983例孕妇中,有32例孕妇发生早发型子痫前期,发生率为3.26%。经单因素分析、多因素Logistics回归分析,血清PAPP-A≤2 pg/ml、血清PLGF≤60 pg/ml、体质量指数、高血压病史、糖尿病病史、肾炎病史、高血压家族史是早发型子痫前期发病的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论预防早发型子痫前期应加强对孕妇血清筛查及流行病学调查。Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of early-onset preeclampsia.Methods 983 cases of pregnant women with 11~14'gestational weeks who underwent prenatal examination and completed follow-up in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The incidence of early-onset preeclampsia was counted.The pregnant women were divided into observation group(early-onset preeclampsia)and control group(no early-onset preeclampsia).The serum screening indexes and epidemiological data of pregnant women in two groups were compared,the risk factors of early-onset preeclampsia were analyzed.Results Among 983 cases of pregnant women,32 cases of pregnant women had early-onset preeclampsia(the incidence 3.26%).The univariate analysis and multivariate Logistics regression analysis showed that serum PAPP-A≤2 pg/ml,serum PLGF≤60 pg/ml,body mass index,history of hypertension,diabetes,nephritis and family history of hypertension were the risk factors leading to early-onset preeclampsia(P<0.05).Conclusion Prevention of premature pre-eclampsia should be strengthened by serum screening and epidemiological investigation of pregnant women.
