摘　　要：目的探讨监测地区二孩母亲孕期贫血现状及影响因素。方法使用中国疾病预防控制中心妇幼保健中心“孕产妇及新生儿健康监测项目”中2016-2020年在8省15区县分娩的13266例二孩母亲孕期贫血个案监测数据。应用SAS 9.4对二孩母亲孕期贫血发生的相关因素进行单因素χ^(2)检验和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果2016-2020年监测地区二孩母亲孕期贫血率为40.53%。多因素Logistic回归结果显示两次怀孕间隔≥2年、居住在北方是二孩母亲孕期贫血的保护因素;孕一孩不同贫血程度、居住在农村、春季、夏季、秋季、分娩胎数≥2胎、初检孕周>12周、孕期Hb检测次数≥3次是危险因素。结论监测地区二孩母亲孕期贫血率受多方面因素影响处于较高水平。Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of anemia during pregnancy among second-child mothers in the monitoring areas.Methods Anemia monitoring data of 13266 second-child mothers during pregnancy in 15 districts/counties in 8 provinces of China from 2016 to 2020 was collected from Maternal and Newborn Health Monitoring Program(MNHMP).Rao-Scott chi-square tests were conducted to explore the differences between groups in variables and prevalence.Multivariable logistic regression models were used to explore the factors associated with prevalence of anemia among the second-child mothers.Results The total anemia rate was 40.53%.The multivariate logistic regression results showed that the interval between two pregnancies≥2 years and living in northern areas were protective factors;different degrees of anemia in the frst child,living in rural areas,summer,spring,autumn,and the number of fetuses delivered≥2,gestation week>12 at the first antenatal care examination,and Hb detection times≥3 during pregnancy were risk factors.Conclusion The anemia rate of second-child mothers in the monitoring area during pregnancy is at a high level due to multiple factors.
