摘　　要：目的为解决野外无依托环境、夜间暗光操作困难等问题,设计一种便捷式野外急救手术包,以便于野外环境下快速展开医疗救治,满足野外医疗救援需求。方法针对野外现场特殊环境、夜间无光照等特点,对传统急救背囊囊体内部结构进行改进优化,包内急救物资进行重新组配。结果研发的便捷式野外急救手术包,主要结构由包体、提手、插袋、储物槽、操作台、触控式微光照明、伸缩背带和腰带等组成。包盖外层插袋为文书类、野外生存日常用物品模块。包盖内部左侧为固定式可伸缩储物袋,主要为药品模块。包底内部为无菌器械物品模块,主要是野外创伤急救手术器械、物品包。包底上方安装有伸缩操作台,一是隔离包底上层药品清洁区与手术包无菌区域,二是作为无菌手术器械操作台或手术器械物品放置台。操作台下方安装有可触控可调光亮度的微光照明灯。便捷式野外急救手术包包内结构设计科学,按功能分区,取用方便,实用性好。结论便携式野外急救手术包结构科学,具有防震抗压、触控式照明、可伸缩操作台等特点,提高了野外无依托、夜间无光照条件下紧急救治的能力。Objective To solve the problems of no supporting environment in the field and night dark light operation difficulties and other problems,and to design convenient field emergency surgical bag,so as to facilitate the rapid medical treatment in the field environment and to meet the needs of field medical rescue.Methods In view of the special environment in the field and no light at night,the internal structure of the traditional first-aid backpack body was improved and optimized,and the first-aid materials in the bag were rearranged.Results The convenient field emergency surgical bag was mainly composed of the package body,handle,insert bag,storage tank,operating table,touch-controlled low light illumination,telescopic straps and belts.The outer insert bag of the cover was a module for documents and daily supplies for field survival.Inside the cover was a fixed retractable storage bag on the left side,which was mainly a medicine module.Inside the bottom of the bag was a module of sterile instruments and supplies,which mainly for field trauma emergency surgery.A retractable console was installed above the bottom of the bag,the first was the drug cleaning area at the bottom of the isolation kit and the sterile area of the operating kit;the second was the sterile operating desk of surgical instruments or the placing table of surgical instruments.A touch-controlled low light level illumination with adjustable brightness was installed below the operating desk.The inside structure of convenient field emergency surgery bag was scientifically designed according to functions,which was easy to access and had good practicability.Conclusion Convenient field emergency surgical bag has scientific structure and characteristics like shock-proof and pressure-resistant,touch-controlled illumination,retractable console and so on,which improves the ability of emergency rescue under the conditions of no support in the field and no light at night.
