利格列汀联合贝那鲁肽治疗T2DM对糖脂代谢及骨代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析利格列汀联合贝那鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes,T2DM)的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的92例T2DM患者,随机分为对照组(贝那鲁肽)、联合组(利格列汀联合贝那鲁肽),各46例。比较两组血糖指标、血脂指标、脂肪因子和骨代谢指标水平,及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,联合组各血糖指标水平均低于对照组,各血脂指标水平、脂肪因子水平和骨代谢指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率与对照组比较无统计学差异。结论:利格列汀联合贝那鲁肽治疗T2DM可有效改善糖脂代谢、脂肪因子变化、骨代谢指标,且安全有效。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of linagliptin combined with benalutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods:92 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were prospectively selected and divided into control group(benalutide)and combined group(linagliptin combined with benalutide)randomly,with 46 patients in each group.The levels of blood glucose indexes,blood lipid indicators,adipokines,bone metabolism indexes,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between both groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of blood glucose indexes in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of blood lipid indicators,adipokines and bone metabolism indexes were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was no significant difference from that in the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of T2DM with linagliptin combined with benalutide can effectively improve the metabolism of glucose and lipid,the changes of adipose factors and bone metabolism,and is safe and effective.
