摘　　要：目的:探讨米索前列醇片口服与宫颈联合用药对孕晚期引产患者的影响。方法:选取我院2020年8月至2021年12月82例孕晚期引产患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各41例。单药组仅给予米索前列醇片口服用药,联合组在米索前列醇片口服基础上联合宫颈用药。比较两组患者宫颈成熟度、引产效果、引产进程、产后指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组宫颈Bishop评分、成功引产率、阴道分娩发生率均高于单药组(P<0.05);联合组第一产程、第二产程、总产程短于单药组(P<0.05);联合组产后24 h平均出血量、胎盘胎膜残留率、软产道损伤率小于单药组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异。结论:米索前列醇片口服联合宫颈用药可提升孕晚期引产患者的引产成功率,加快产程,提高阴道分娩率,降低患者产后风险,同时具有较高安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of oral and cervical administration of misoprostol tablets on induced labor in late pregnancy.Methods:82 cases of late pregnancy induced labor in our hospital from August 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The single drug group was only given oral medication of misoprostol tablets,while the combined group was given oral medication of misoprostol tablets combined with cervical medication.The cervical maturity,induction effect,induction process,postpartum indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The Bishop score of cervix,the successful rate of induction of labor and the incidence of vaginal delivery in the combined group were higher than those in the single drug group(P<0.05);The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,and the total stage of labor in the combination group were shorter than those in the single drug group(P<0.05);The average amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the residual rate of placenta and fetal membrane,and the injury rate of soft birth canal in the combined group were less than those in the single drug group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:Oral combined with cervical medication of misoprostol can improve the success rate of induced labor in late pregnancy,accelerate the labor process,improve the vaginal delivery rate,reduce the postpartum risk,and have high safety.
