摘 要:针对传统一分三Wilkinson功分器带宽较窄、占用面积较大的问题,基于70μm GaAs工艺,研制了一种混合π型等效电路和微带线结构宽带一分三Wilkinson功分器。该功分器的工作频率范围为5~18 GHz,电路尺寸为2 mm×1.3 mm,输入、输出端口的回波损耗均大于20 dB,插入损耗小于6.7 dB,隔离度大于20 dB,幅度不平衡度在±0.5 dB以内,相位不平衡度在±4°以内。经仿真验证,该功分器性能指标优异,能被很好地应用在射频系统中。In order to solve the problem of narrow bandwidth and large occupation area of traditional one-minute three-Wilkinson power divider,a hybridπ-type equivalent circuit and wideband one-minute three-Wilkinson power divider with microstrip line structure are developed based on 70μm GaAs process.The frequency range of the power divider is 5 to 18 GHz,the circuit size is 2 mm×1.3 mm,the return loss of the input and output ports is greater than 20 dB,the insertion loss is less than 6.7 dB,the isolation degree is greater than 20 dB,the amplitude unbalance is within±0.5 dB,the phase unbalance is within±4°.The simulation results show that the power divider has excellent performance and can be used well in radio frequency system.
