摘  要:为了保证城市配电网无功优化配置的合理性,基于负荷多无功用电场景,研究城市配电网无功优化配置方案。根据电压的惩罚函数确定目标函数,利用潮流方程与不等式设置模型约束条件完成用电场景期望值模型建立;利用配电网不同运行模式与设备均衡状态完成无功补偿容量优化并最终确定无功配置率。测试结果表明,使用无功优化配置方法后,负荷波动变化值为3.579 kW,且平均无功倒送量与优化前相比最大相差28.97 kW,能够提高无功优化配置的有效性。In order to ensure the superiority and rationality of reactive power consumption configuration of urban distribution network,based on the scenario of multi-load reactive power,this paper studies the optimal reactive power configuration scheme of urban distribution network.The objective function was determined according to the penalty function of voltage,and the power flow equation and inequality were used to set up the model constraints.Based on different operation modes and equipment equilibrium state of distribution network,reactive power compensation capacity optimization is completed and reactive power configuration rate is finally determined.The test results show that the load fluctuation value is 3.579 kW after the reactive power optimal configuration method is used in the scenario with multiple loads and no functional electricity,and the average reactive power backfeed is 28.97 less than the maximum value before optimization,which improves the effectiveness and superiority of the reactive power optimal configuration.
