摘　　要：电源连接器是电路系统中的基础元器件,主要用于电子设备之间的电路连接,实现电能功率和信号的传输,电源连接器性能的稳定性对于电路系统的正常运行起到重要作用。分析了电源连接器常见的失效形式及相应的失效机理,通过对电源连接器设计及优化,提高电源连接器性能。The power connector is the basic component of the circuit system,mainly used for the circuit connection between electronic equipment,to achieve the transmission of electric power and signal,the stability of the power connector performance plays an important role in the normal operation of the circuit system.This paper firstly analyzes the common failure forms and corresponding failure mechanism of power connectors,and then improves the performance of power connectors through the design and optimization of power connectors.
