摘　　要：随着云网融合发展时代的来临,对通信网络容量、承载能力、智能化程度及端到端连接质量等提出了更高的要求。通信光缆网络作为战略性、基础性以及先导性资源,是其他网元承载的重要基础,也是云网融合的关键。通过对通信光缆网规划与设计的关键问题进行探讨,以期对相关人员的工作有所帮助。With the advent of the era of cloud network convergence,higher requirements are put forward for the capacity,carrying capacity,intelligence and end-to-end connection quality of communication networks.As a strategic,basic and leading resource,communication optical cable network is an important foundation for other network elements and the key to cloud network integration.This paper discusses the key problems in the planning and design of communication optical cable network in order to help the relevant personnel.
