摘  要:微发光二极管(Micro Light Emitting Diode,Micro LED)显示技术被誉面向未来的“终极显示技术”,是近年来国内外企业的研发热点。中国也在Micro LED显示技术方面进行了大量的专利布局。针对Micro LED显示技术进行了专利分析,通过分析可以看出,国内创新主体虽然在专利申请数量上处于全球领先地位,但是从重点专利数量上来看中国创新主体在芯片微缩、面板制造及应用环节占据一定地位,而对于巨量转移、全彩显示领域技术需要加大研发。Micro Light Emitting Diode(Micro LED)display technology is hailed to be the“last display technology”towards the future,it is a hotspot for development of domestic and foreign businesses in recent years,and a large number of patent layouts.A patent analysis was conducted herein for Micro LED display technology,as can be seen by analysis,the domestic body of innovation,while leading globally in the number of patent applications,occupies a certain level in the chip micro-scale,panel manufacturing and application segments from the number of key patents,and the technology in the field of full color display needs to be developed for large volume transfers.
