阿尔茨海默病患者应用整体性康复护理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者应用整体性康复护理的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院临平院区收治的100例AD患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予常规护理方案,研究组患者给予整体性康复护理方案;比较两组患者的痴呆症状、执行能力、遵医行为、社会功能、日常生活活动能力和生活质量。结果护理后,研究组患者的简易精神状态检查量表、画钟试验、Frank依从性量表和阿尔茨海默病生活质量量表评分均显著高于对照组,社会功能活动问卷、日常生活活动量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体性康复护理可改善AD患者的痴呆症状、执行能力、遵医行为和社会活动功能,提高患者的日常生活能力和生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of holistic rehabilitation nursing for patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods A total of 100 cases of AD patients admitted to Linping District,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing program,and the study group was given holistic rehabilitation nursing program.Dementia symptoms,executive ability,compliance behavior,social function,activities of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of mini mental status examination,clock drawing test,Frank compliance scale and quality of life Alzheimer’s disease of study group were significantly higher than those of control group,while the scores of functional activities questionnaire and activities of daily living were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic rehabilitation nursing can improve dementia symptoms,executive ability,compliance behavior and social function,and improve daily living ability and quality of life of AD patients.
