健脾疏肝汤联合莫沙必利治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者的疗效及对胃肠激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析健脾疏肝汤联合莫沙必利治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良(FD)患者的临床效果及对胃肠激素水平的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月在该院治疗的98例肝胃不和型FD患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同分为对照组、观察组,每组49例。对照组给予莫沙必利治疗,观察组给予健脾疏肝汤联合莫沙必利治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃肠激素水平、胃动力指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率为93.88%,明显高于对照组的75.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组脘腹痞闷、善太息、胸胁胀满、嗳气吞酸积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃动素、胃泌素、血管P物质水平,胃运动节律,胃半排空率均高于对照组,生长抑素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾疏肝汤联合莫沙必利治疗肝胃不和型FD疗效确切,并可改善胃肠激素水平、胃肠动力。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with liver-stomach dissonance and its effect on gastrointestinal hormone levels.Methods A total of 98 FD patients with liver-stomach dissonance who were treated in Jiaozuo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given mosapride,and the observation group was given Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with mosapride.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal hormones levels,gastric motility indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical efficacy rate in the observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than that in the control group(75.51%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal suffocation,suffocation,fullness of chest and flank,belching and acid swallowing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,motilin,gastrin,vascular substance P levels,gastric motility rhythm and gastric half-emptying rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and somatostatin level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with mosapride is effective in the treatment of FD with liver-stomach dissonance,and which could improve gastrointestinal hormones levels and gastrointestinal motility.
