摘　　要：介绍了湖北三宁股份有限公司石宝山新材料分公司52万t/a合成氨、联产60万t/a乙二醇低温甲醇洗装置工艺流程,系统原始开车中塔内件安装、吹扫、置换、气密、接气开车的全过程,此过程出现的问题及解决措施。This paper introduces the process flow of low temperature methanol washing unit producing 520.000 t/a synthetic ammonia combined with 600,00t/a glycol in Shibaoshan New Material Branch of Hubei Sanning Company,the whole process of tower internals installation,purge,replacement,air tightness and gas receiving during original start-up of the system,and the problems existing in the process and solutions.
