摘  要:根据纤维素酶解反应动力学和多级全混釜串联模型理论推导并建立了纤维素连续酶解反应器模型,并在20%底物浓度、5%(g/g纤维素)商品酶(CTec3)加量、酶解停留时间72 h的条件下开展纤维素连续酶解实验,根据实验结果求解纤维素连续酶解反应模型参数,得到酶解得率x和酶解停留时间t之间的纤维素连续反应器模型是x-0.082t(1-x)^(3)-{1-[x-0.082t(1-x)^(3)]}^(3)=0并验证了其准确性,为纤维素连续酶解反应器的开发和工程化放大奠定理论基础。A cellulose continuous enzymatic hydrolysis reactor model was derived and established based on the kinetics of cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis reaction and the theory of multi-stage fully mixed reactor series model.Continuous enzymatic hydrolysis experiments were conducted under conditions of 20%substrate concentration,5%(g/g cellulose)commercial enzyme(CTec3)addition,and hydrolysis residence time of 72 hours.The parameters of the cellulose continuous enzymatic hydrolysis reaction model were calculated based on the experimental results,The cellulose continuous reactor model between enzymatic hydrolysis yield x and enzymatic hydrolysis residence time t was obtained as x-0.082t(1-x)^(3)-{1-[x-0.082t(1-x)^(3)]}^(3)=0,and its accuracy was verified,laying a theoretical foundation for the development and engineering scale-up of cellulose continuous enzymatic hydrolysis reactors.
