资产评估事件被问询的前因构型研究

摘　　要：自2013年证券交易所实施信息披露直通车制度以来,评估事件被问询的案例也随之上升,基于以上考虑应用定性比较分析法对2013—2020年406份问询函中涉及的资产评估事件分层研究,结果发现:(1)资产评估机构主体特征、资产评估报告关键信息和被评估企业财务指标三个层面下包含的9个前因变量,均不是引发资产评估事件被问询的必要条件;(2)存在4条评估事件被问询的具体路径,总体可以归纳为两种类型:一种类型为评估机构声誉高、机构管理层规模较小、评估结论为收益法且评估对象基准日资产增长率较高。第二种类型为收益法下产生高资产评估增值率且特别事项说明部分信息披露质量较差。(3)在评估过程中工作方法及技术方法都存在改进空间。另外评估机构主体成长依然是行业未来重点关注的问题。Since the stock exchange implemented the information disclosure through train system in 2013,the number of appraisal cases questioned also increased.Based on the above considerations,the qualitative comparative analysis method was applied to stratified research on 406 inquiries concerning asset appraisal events from 2013 to 2020.The results showed that:(1)The subject characteristics of the asset appraisal institution,the key information of the asset appraisal report,and the nine anthracent variables contained in the three levels of the assessed enterprise's financial indicators are not necessary conditions to trigger the inquiry of the asset appraisal event;(2)There are four specific paths for the inquiry of appraisal events,which can be generally summarized into two types:the first type is that the appraisal institution has a high reputation,the management scale of the institution is small,the appraisal conclusion is the income method,and the asset growth rate of the appraisal object on the base day is high.The second type is the high value-added rate of asset evaluation under the income method and the poor quality of information disclosure in the special matter explanation.(3)There is room for improvement in both working methods and technical methods in the evaluation process.In addition,the evaluation of the growth of the main body of the industry is still the future focus of attention.
