摘 要:为研究卷取工艺及卷取后冷却工艺对先进高强双相钢微观组织的影响,采用Gleeble-3 500热模拟试验机、光学电镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜等手段,研究了先进高强双相钢的显微组织、析出物及显微硬度随卷取温度及卷取后冷却工艺的变化情况。结果表明:与缓冷工艺相比,在卷取后采用快冷工艺,试验钢的微观组织由多边形铁素体和粒状贝氏体转变为针状铁素体和少量的M/A岛;试验钢在不同卷取及冷却工艺下的析出物为Ti(Cr, Mo)C,均为球形和近方形两种形貌,快冷工艺下的析出物尺寸均比缓冷工艺下减小约20%,析出物数量增加30%;与缓冷工艺相比,快冷工艺下试验钢的显微硬度均有不同程度提高。In order to study the effect of coiling and cooling process on the microstructure of advanced high strength dual-phase steel,the microstructure,precipitates and microhardness of advanced high strength dual-phase steel as a function of coiling temperature and cooling process after coiling were studied by means of Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation tester,optical electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that compared with the slow cooling process,the microstructure of the tested steel changes from polygonal ferrite and granular bainite to acicular ferrite and a small amount of M/A islands after coiling by using the fast cooling process.The precipitates of the tested steel under different coiling and cooling processes are Ti(Cr,Mo)C with spherical and nearly square morphology.The size of precipitates under fast cooling process is reduced by about 20%compared with those under slow cooling process,and the number of precipitates is increased by 30%.Compared with the slow cooling process,the microhardness of the tested steel under fast cooling process increases in different degrees.
