摘 要:针对国内某钢厂拉矫线实际伸长率和设定伸长率偏差较大,精度偏低等问题,从实测数据的处理和控制模型开发等角度对拉矫工艺带钢伸长率高精度控制方法进行了研究。针对模拟量信号因设备振动、高压信号干扰等因素导致的实测数据失真,提出了一种比例滤波技术,在确保数据准确性的同时,大幅降低了干扰因素的影响。同时,弯曲辊调整装置引入PI控制器并对插入量幅值加以限制,实现了插入量的动态调整,保证了带钢伸长率实际值和设定值之间的偏差控制在±0.05%之内,带钢的纵向板形缺陷率由1.3%降至0.6%。In view of the large deviation between the actual elongation and the set elongation and the low accuracy of a tension leveling line in a domestic plant,the high precision control method for strip elongation of tension leveling technology was studied from the perspective of the processing of measured data and the development of control model.Aiming at the measured data distortion of analog signal caused by equipment vibration,high-voltage signal interference and other factors,a proportional filtering technology was proposed,which not only ensured the data accuracy,but also greatly reduced the influence of interference factors.At the same time,the bending roll adjustment device introduced a PI controller and limited the insertion amount amplitude,which achieved dynamic adjustment of the insertion amount and ensered the deviation between the set value of strip elongation and the actual value was stable within±0.05%,and longitudinal shape defect rate of strip was reduced from 1.3%to 0.6%.
