摘 要:为解决高碳含量的U75V重轨钢在加热过程中易出现严重氧化及脱碳而影响其力学性能的难题,通过对U75V重轨钢热物性能、脱碳特征的研究,考虑防脱碳涂层在加热过程的热膨胀系数和导热系数,采用以相变温度为分界点的分温度段设计理念,并结合氧化及脱碳特征分析了防脱碳涂层玻璃相、C平衡、固相致密烧结及综合热膨胀系数,有针对性地设计开发了防脱碳涂层。通过实验室实验调整了涂层组分,最后进行了工业现场试验验证。结果表明:所开发的防脱碳涂层在U75V重轨钢生产中的高温加热条件下,绝大多数情况下能保证钢坯脱碳层厚度在100μm以内,基本能实现零脱碳;未使用涂层的U75V重轨钢钢坯脱碳层厚度为270~550μm,大部分脱碳层厚度集中在450~550μm。采用防脱碳涂层,吨钢成本虽增加约16元,但在现有加热介质和加热工艺条件下,有效解决了U75V重轨钢加热过程中的脱碳问题。In order to solve the problem that U75V heavy rail steel with high carbon content is prone to severe oxidation and decarburization during heating process,which affects its mechanical properties,the anti-decarburization coating was designed and developed in a targeted manner by studying the thermal properties and decarburization characteristics of U75V heavy rail steel,considering the thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity of the anti-decarburization coating in the heating process.The design concept of the temperature segment with the phase transition temperature as the dividing point was adopted,and the glass phase,C equilibrium,solid phase dense sintering and comprehensive thermal expansion coefficient of the anti-decarburization coating were analyzed by combining the oxidation and anti-decarburization characteristics.The coating components were adjusted through laboratory experiments and finally verified by industrial field tests.The results show that the developed anti-decarburization coating can ensure that the thickness of the decarburization layer is within 100μm in most cases under the high temperature heating condition in the production of U75V heavy rail steel,and basically can achieve zero decarburization.The thickness of the decarburization layer of U75V heavy rail steel without coating is 270~550μm,and the thickness of most decarburization layer is concentrated at 450~550μm.Although the cost of per ton steel is increased by about 16 yuan,under the existing heating medium and heating process conditions,the development of anti-decarburization coating effectively solves the decarburization problem in the heating process of U75V heavy rail steel.
