摘　　要：直接切削用非调质钢大规格棒材的生产一直是难点。针对市场对绿色节能ϕ160 mm规格以上直接切削用非调质钢棒材代替调质钢的需要,江苏永钢集团对ϕ160 mm直接切削用非调质钢大规格棒材进行了试制开发。介绍了其化学成分设计,以及冶炼、连铸、铸坯加热、控轧控冷工序关键工艺参数控制。所开发的ϕ160 mm直接切削用非调质钢大规格棒材组织性能和力学性能优良,满足了下游用户的需求。It is always difficult of direct cutting non-quenched and tempered large gauge bar production.In view of the market demand on the green energy direct cutting non-quenched and temperedsteel forϕ60 mm and more large gauge bar instead of quenched and tempered steel,the direct cutting non-quenched and temperedϕ160 mm large gauge bar was developed in Jiangsu Yonggang Group.The chemical composition design and the key process parameters control of smelting,continuous casting,billet heating and controlled rolling and controlled cooling were introduced.The developed direct cutting non-quenched and temperedϕ160 mm large gauge bar has excellent microstructure and mechanical properties and it can meet the downstream user's requirement.
