摘 要:针对CVC轧机板形模型设定存在工作辊轴向横移行程有限、轨迹不规则而导致轧辊磨损不均,带钢高点、边降等难以控制,同宽轧制公里数受限的问题,对板形模型进行了优化改进。采用误差范数优化的方法,实现了工作辊大行程周期轴向横移,有效解决了轧辊磨损不均问题。通过大量生产实践,对工作辊轴向横移行程、步长和频率等参数进行了优化调整,使得带钢断面质量得到显著改善,边降、高点命中率达95%以上,同宽轧制公里数超过100 km;同时,带钢凸度和平直度控制精度亦有所改善。In view of the problems of limited axial shifting and irregular track of work roll in the setting of CVC mill shape model,which lead to uneven roll wear,difficult control of strip high point and edge drop,and limited rolling kilometers of the same width,the shape model was optimized and improved.The method of error norm optimization was adopted to realize the axial shifting of the work roll with large stroke period,and the problem of uneven roll wear was effectively solved.Through a large number of production practices,the parameters such as the axial shifting,step length and frequency of the work roll had been optimized and adjusted,so that the quality of the strip section had been significantly improved,the hit rate of edge drop and high point had reached more than 95%,and the rolling kilometers of the same width had exceeded 100 km.At the same time,the control accuracy of strip crown and flatness had also been improved.
