冷轧冲压用高抗鳞爆性SRTC2带钢的开发

摘　　要：为提高冷轧冲压用钢产品的市场竞争力,通过低成本的成分设计,并采用较高的出炉温度、适中的热轧卷取温度、高效的酸洗速度、较大的冷轧压下率、较低的退火温度及较长的退火保温时间等生产工艺控制,成功开发出了屈服强度160~210 MPa、断后伸长率大于34%、抗鳞爆敏感系数TH大于25 min/mm^(2)的高抗鳞爆性冷轧冲压用SRTC2带钢。微观组织分析表明:SRTC2带钢中含有均匀、等轴的铁素体与极少量的退化珠光体组织,以及大量细小的、弥散分布的Fe_(3)C、MnS、BN等第二相粒子;均匀、等轴的铁素体组织保证了SRTC2带钢优异的成形性,Fe_(3)C、MnS、MnS和BN复合粒子等二相粒子作为不可逆氢陷阱,大幅提高了SRTC2带钢的抗鳞爆性能。开发的SRTC2带钢已成功批量应用于高端家电行业。In order to raise the marketing competition of cold rolled products for stamping,the cold rolled SRTC2 strip was successfully developed by means of the economic composition design and reasonable process control of higher discharging temperature,reasonable coiling temperature,higher descaling rate,higher cold rolling reduction ratio,lower annealing temperature and longer annealed time.And the yield strength of SRTC2 strip was 160-210 MPa,the elongation rate was greater than 34%and the sensitivity coefficient to fish-scaling resistance TH was greater than 25 min/mm^(2).The microstructure analysis showed that the SRTC2 strip contained homogeneous and equiaxed ferrite and degenerated pearlite,as well as a large number of fine anddispersed second phase particles(Fe_(3)C,MnS,BN,etc.).The homogeneous and equiaxed ferrite ensured that the SRTC2 strip had excellent formability,and thesecond-phase particles of Fe_(3)C,MnS,MnS and BN greatly improving thefish-scaling resistance as irreversilbe hydrogen traps.At present,the developed SRTC2 strip was widely applied in the high-end home appliance industry.
