摘　　要：科技经纪人是新兴的一类科技成果转化人才,其在科技成果转化中具有特定的作用,如何定位和发展科技经纪人队伍,对科技成果转化工作具有重要意义。总结了科技经纪人的来源,分析了科技经纪人的概念和界定范围,阐述了科技经纪人与技术经理人、技术经纪人的区别和联系,分析了当前科技经纪人队伍建设的问题。通过对科技经纪人概念的研究,为科技经纪人队伍建设提出了具体可行的建议。Scientific and technological broker is a new kind of a talents on transformation of technology achievements, they have specific function on transformation of science and technology achievements.How to position and develop the group of technology broker, that has important meaning on transformation of science and technology achievements.This Article summarizes the source of technology broker, and analyses the concept and occupation scope, and the article will talk about four part to expound differences and contact between technology broker, technical broker, and technical manager, it will be service methods, income rule, knowledge reserve, and service capacity.In addition, the article Introduces the work content and professional quality of scientific and technological broker in transformation of science and technology achievements, it also analyzes the problems existing in the construction of scientific and technological broker group.Through the research on the concept of Scientific and technological broker, this paper puts forward concrete and feasible suggestions for the construction of scientific and technological broker group.
