摘　　要：根据现有转炉出钢挡渣棒投放装置存在的局限性,通过对挡渣棒投放装置的悬挂式机械结构优化,节约占地空间,运行稳定,在实际应用中已取得了一定的成效。并提出增加无线遥控、视频监控、成分检测的附加功能,以及机械手和联锁控制的自动化操作,可以改善人工操作条件,减少事故发生率。According to the limitations of the existing casting device of the converter steel slag stopper,through the optimization of the hanging mechanical structure of the slag stopper delivery device,save space,stable operation,some results have been obtained in practical application.And proposed to add wireless remote control,video surveillance,component detection of additional functions,and automation of manipulators and interlocking controls,manual operation conditions can be improved to reduce the incidence of accidents.
