摘 要:本文以某厂180t转炉倾动机大齿轮过盈连接为研究对象,选取带外锥度的中间套过盈连接方式,通过传统弹性理论计算了过盈连接的尺寸及过盈量的范围;随后建立了过盈连接三维模型,并通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对过盈连接进行了接触分析,通过分析讨论了该连接合适的过盈量,并分析了该过盈连接在倾动力矩作用时连接面的强度及可靠性;通过弹性理论及有限元计算结果设计了此种过盈连接拆装工装。In this paper,the interference connection of the large gear of the tilting machine is taken as the research object,and the interference connection mode of the middle sleeve with external taper is selected,and the size and the range of the interference connection are calculated by the traditional elastic theory;then,the threedimensional model of the interference connection is established,and the contact analysis of the interference connection is carried out by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the appropriate interference amount of the connection is discussed through the analysis.The strength and reliability of the connection under the interference and titling torque are analyzed.The assembly tooling of the interference connection is designed by the elastic theory and the finite element calculation results.The design and analysis conclusions of this paper can be applied to the actual project.
