摘  要:以中俄经典的两套轧机油膜轴承径向承载结构为例,阐述了因结构不同所造成的承载及润滑上的差异。研究结果表明,在结构上,影响承载的主要因素有:油楔数量及结构、巴氏合金厚度、偏心油腔,在油膜轴承结构尺寸一定的情况下,可以通过将上述参数以不同的方式组合,来满足不同运行工况的需求,从而延长轴承的使用寿命。研究结果对从事油膜轴承研发及使用维护,具有借鉴作用。Taking the two classic radial load bearing structures of mill oil film bearings in China and Russia as an example,the differences in load bearing and lubrication caused by different structures are expounded.The research results show that,in terms of structure,the main factors that affect the load capacity are:the number and structure of oil wedges,the thickness of babbitt alloy,and the eccentric oil cavity.When the structure size of the oil film bearing is certain,the above parameters can be combined in different ways,to meet the needs of different operating conditions,thereby extending the service life of the bearing.The research results can be used as a reference for the development and maintenance of oil film bearings.
