摘 要:分析了带钢表面擦伤的产生机理,按照产生擦伤的特征和表现,对比带钢在热卷箱整个动作工序中的路径,结合热卷箱的工作原理,识别出容易在带钢表面产生擦伤缺陷的工序环节,针对这些可能的部位,采用实验法对比效果,从辊面材质改进实验、控制顺序优化实验等措施,对比改进前后的效果,确定热卷箱容易产生擦伤的部位,以及找到了减少擦伤质量缺陷的发生改进方法,总体改进的措施取得了很好的效果,擦伤发生率大幅度下降,具有一定的推广价值。T This paper analyzes the occurrence mechanism of the scratch on the surface of the strip,compares the road strength of the strip in the whole action process of the hot coil box according to the characteristics and performance of the scratch,and identifies the process links that are easy to produce scratch defects on the surface of the strip in combination with the working principle of the hot coil box.For these possible parts,experimental methods are used to compare the effects,From the roll surface material improvement experiment,control sequence optimization experiment and other measures,compare the effects before and after the improvement,determine the parts of the hot coil box that are prone to scratch,and find the improvement methods to reduce the occurrence of scratch quality defects.The overall improvement measures have achieved good results,and the incidence of scratch has decreased significantly,which has a certain popularization value.
