摘　　要：分析了油雾分离器的结构特点和功能特征,并对其进行了改造。改造前,油雾分离器只设单个整体仓室,采用二级过滤系统,蒸汽吹扫单一角度单喷头模式;存在油雾回收效率低、油雾净化效果差和油泥处理困难等缺点。改造后,油雾分离器由8个小体积单体仓室组成,单体仓室均安装了气动翻板门和两道不锈钢滤网,采用三级过滤系统,蒸汽吹扫多角度多喷头模式,并新添加了油泥沉积仓螺旋蛟龙输送机构、油泥收集槽气动隔膜泵和油泥输送管道。结果表明,新装置具有油雾回收率和油雾分离效率高,油泥指定收集处理,设备维护成本低等特点。该设备改造为轧机油雾分离器的改造提供了参考。The structural and functional characteristics of the oil mist separator are analyzed and modified.Before the transformation,the oil mist separator will only have a single integral warehouse,using the secondary filtration system,steam purge single angle single nozzle mode;there are disadvantages such as low oil mist recovery efficiency,poor oil mist purification effect and difficult sludge treatment.After transformation,the oil fog separator is composed of eight small volume monomer chamber,monomer chamber are installed pneumatic flip valve and two stainless steel filter,using tertiary filtration system,steam purge multi-angle multiple nozzle mode,and added the new sediment deposition warehouse spiral dragon transport mechanism,sludge collection tank pneumatic diaphragm pump and sludge transport pipeline.The results show that the new device has the characteristics of high oil mist recovery rate and oil mist separation efficiency,specific oil sludge collection and treatment,and low equipment maintenance cost.The equipment transformation provides a reference for the transformation of the oil mist separator in the rolling mills.
