摘　　要：以冷轧某退火线缝合机为例,主要目的是分享缝合机在实际使用中的维护经验、改进措施和维护策略,通过讲解缝合机在冷轧薄带中的应用,介绍缝合机的基本构成和工作原理,分析缝合机各部件在使用中发生的故障,最终大幅度提升缝合机运行稳定性,为同类设备提供了可借鉴的维护经验。与此同时,本文列举了缝合机的优势,相比冷轧薄带焊机,缝合机具有制造成本低、结构简单、缝合速度快、维护量低、设备运行稳定的特点,因此,在新建冷轧薄带产线中建议选用缝合机。This paper takes a cold-rolled annealing stitcher as an example,explain the application of stitcher in cold rolled strip,The main purpose is to share the maintenance experience,improvement measures and maintenance strategies of the stitcher in actual use,introduce the basic composition and working principle of the stitcher,analyze the faults of various parts of the stitcher in use,and finally greatly improve the operation stability of the sewing stitcher,providing reference maintenance experience for similar equipment.At the same time,this paper lists the advantages of stitcher,compared with cold-rolled welding machine,stitcher has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost,simple structure,fast sewing speed,low maintenance and stable equipment operation.Therefore,it is suggested to choose stitcher in the new cold-rolled strip production line.
