摘　　要：分析了液压泥炮打泥机构在现场使用过程中易出现问题产生原因,并提出改进措施。典型问题主要有炮嘴烧伤、泥缸拉伤及返泥、油缸内泄及外泄。改进措施是更换泥塞结构形式,增加保护垫,结果对维护人员查找泥炮堵铁口故障和维护液压泥炮具有一定的指导作用。This paper analyzes the problems of the hydraulic mud mechanism and proposes improvement measures.Typical problems mainly include muzzle burns,mud cylinder strain and mud return,oil cylinder leakage and leakage.The improvement measure is to replace the structure form of the mud plug and increase the protection pad,which has a certain guiding role for the maintenance personnel to find the plugging iron mouth failure of the mud gun and maintain the hydraulic mud gun.
