摘　　要：A族链球菌(GroupAStreptococcus,GAS)是一种非常重要的致病菌,尤其对于儿童。《中国儿童A族链球菌感染相关疾病的诊断、治疗与预防专家共识》是由国内呼吸、感染、免疫、检验、心血管、肾脏、危重症及预防等领域的儿科专家于2022年11月共同制定的,旨在进一步规范GAS感染相关疾病的防治,促进和维护儿童健康。现对其主要内容进行解读,包括疾病负担、预防、诊断、抗菌药物耐药等。Group A Streptococcus(GAS)is a very important pathogenic organism,especially for children.Chinese experts′consensus statement on diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of Group A Streptococcus infection related diseases in children was developed in November 2022 by pediatric experts in the fields of respiration,infection,immunology,testing,cardiovascular,kidney,critical care and prevention in China,aiming to further standardize the prevention and treatment of diseases associated with GAS infections and to promote and maintain the health of children.Its main contents are now explained,including disease burden,prevention,diagnosis,antimicrobial resistance and therapy.
