摘 要:相变纤维是通过各种纺丝技术将相变材料包埋入纤维中形成的复合材料,由于它良好的机械柔性和热稳定性使其具有很好的应用前景。通过对熔融、离心、静电、湿法和冷冻纺丝技术制备相变纤维的阐述与分析,湿法纺丝技术由于其高纺丝效率、低成本和可获得高潜热的相变纤维等优势,适用于规模化生产。此外,还探讨了相变纤维在智能保温/冷却织物、军事红外隐身、生物医疗、动力电池和可穿戴电子设备中的应用。根据纺丝方式和相变纤维的应用,提出了当前相变纤维在制备工艺、纤维性能和商业化应用上存在的一些问题,在此基础上展望由同轴湿法纺丝技术制备相变纤维具有更高的应用价值。Phase change fibers(PCFs) are composites formed by embedding phase change materials into fibers through various spinning techniques.Due to its good mechanical flexibility and thermal stability,PCFs have a good application prospect.The preparation methods of PCFs by melting,centrifugation,electrostatic,wet and freeze spinning were described and analyzed.Wet spinning technology was suitable for large-scale production thanks to its advantages of high spinning efficiency,low cost and high latent heat of PCFs.In addition,the applications of PCFs in intelligent thermal insulation/cooling fabrics,military infrared camouflage,biomedicine,power batteries and wearable electronic devices were also discussed.According to the spinning method and the application of PCFs,some problems in the preparation technology,fiber properties and commercial application of PCFs were put forward.On this basis,it was expected that the PCFs prepared by coaxial wet spinning technology might have higher application value.
