摘 要:针对银包铜涂层耐腐蚀性能差的特点,对银包铜粉进行表面改性处理并制备导电涂层,以提高其耐蚀性能。采用化学镀制备银包铜粉,分别用硬脂酸、苯并三氮唑和十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷进行表面改性处理。将不同表面改性处理后的银包铜粉作为导电填料,改性丙烯酸树脂为基体,制备出耐腐蚀的银包铜粉导电浆料。将其涂覆在聚酯(PET)薄膜上,采用低温固化工艺,得到耐腐蚀的银包铜涂层。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、EDS能谱、直流低电阻仪、接触角测试仪分析涂层的成分、形貌、导电性、表面润湿状况,以及用电化学工作站和盐雾浸泡实验分析其耐腐蚀能力。结果表明:用硬脂酸处理的银包铜粉制得的涂层接触角最大,为140°;电阻率为1.06×10^(-3)Ω·cm。采用苯并三氮唑改性处理的银包铜粉制备的涂层在中性盐雾腐蚀后仍具有良好的导电性,同时在电化学测试中腐蚀电位最正,显示了良好的耐腐蚀性能。In view of the poor corrosion resistance of Ag/Cu coatings,Ag/Cu powders were surface modified and made into conductive coatings to improve their corrosion resistance.Ag/Cu powders were prepared by chemical plating and were further subjected to surface modification with stearic acid,benzotriazole,and perfluoro decyltrimethoxysilane,respectively.Corrosion resistant Ag/Cu powder conductive pastes were prepared by using Ag/Cu powders after different surface modification treatments as conductive fillers and modified acrylic resin as matrix.The corrosion resistant Ag/Cu coatings were obtained by coating the pastes on PET films and curing at low temperature.The composition,morphology,conductivity and surface wetting condition of the coatings were analyzed by XRD,SEM,EDS,DC low resistance meter and contact angle tester.The corrosion resistance was tested by electrochemical workstation and salt spray immersion experiment.The results showed that the coating made of stearic acid-treated Ag/Cu powder had the largest contact angle of 140°,and the resistivity was 1.06×10^(-3)Ω·cm.After neutral salt spray corrosion,the coating made of Ag/Cu powder modified by benzotriazole still had good conductivity,additionally,the corrosion potential was the most positive in the electrochemical test,showing excellent corrosion resistance.
