摘　　要：钱亚新是我国著名的图书馆学家、目录学家与图书馆学教育家,被誉为我国图书馆界的一代宗师。他于1933年8月至1937年7月曾任河北省立女子师范学院(以下简称“河北女师”)图书馆主任。在此期间,他独当一面,励精图治,使河北女师图书馆在建筑、管理、业务、科研、宣传.和交流等方面渐臻完备,成就了河北女师图书馆发展史上的黄金期,为河北女师图书馆的发展做出了开创性的贡献。Qian Yaxin,a famous library scientist,bibliographer and educator of li-brary in our country,is crowned as a master of library sphere.During August 1933 to July 1937,he was appointed the director of the Library of Hebei Provincial Normal College of Women.In this period,he persevered in making the library more integrated and comprehensive in construction,management,business,scientific research,publicity and communication and so on,which has made it usher in a golden period in its development.As such,he has made a groundbreaking contribution to the development of the library of Hebei Provincial Normal College of Women.
