摘　　要：目的探讨2017—2022年四川省法定传染病流行变化趋势,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法基于2017—2022年四川省法定传染病月发病数据,运用描述性流行病学方法分析法定传染病流行变化趋势。结果2017—2022年四川省共报告法定传染病2459646例,传播途径由以肠道传染病为主转换成以呼吸道传染病为主,发病顺位前5位依次为手足口病(565.70/10万)、流行性感冒(551.11/10万)、肺结核(450.16/10万)、乙肝(402.13/10万)和其他感染性腹泻病(318.16/10万),累积占6年报告发病数的77.69%。结论近年来四川省法定传染病发病水平波动较大,应加强法定传染病监测报告,并及时调整防控措施。Objective To investigate the epidemic trend of notifiable infectious diseases in Sichuan Province from 2017 to 2022,to provide a basis for formulating prevention and control strategies.Methods Based on the monthly incidence data of notifiable infectious diseases in Sichuan Province from 2017 to 2022,descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic trend of notifiable infectious diseases.Results A total of 2459646 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Sichuan Province from 2017 to 2022.The main route of transmission changed from intestinal infectious diseases to respiratory infectious diseases.The top five diseases were hand-foot-mouth disease(565.70/100000),influenza(551.11/100000),tuberculosis(450.16/100000),hepatitis B(402.13/100000)and other infectious diarrhea(318.16/100000),accounting for 77.69%of the total number of cases in 6 years.Conclusion In recent years,the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in Sichuan Province has fluctuated greatly.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring report of notifiable infectious diseases and adjust the prevention and control measures in time.
