基于Web of Science青少年特发性脊柱侧突高被引文献计量与可视化分析  

Bibliometric and visualized analysis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis based on the Top 100 cited literature in Web of Science

摘　　要：目的对青少年特发性脊柱侧突(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)高被引文献进行文献计量与可视化分析,梳理该领域高影响力作者、机构以及出版物,并对高被引论文揭示的全球研究方向和热点进行分析。方法以Web of Science核心合集中的Science Citation Index Expanded数据库作为文献数据来源,检索AIS相关文献,取被引频次前100位文献(Top100文献)作为研究对象,采用Excel 2019对Top100文献出版信息进行描述性分析,采用VOSviewer软件对Top100文献期刊合作网络、国家合作网络、机构合作网络、作者合作网络以及关键词共现网络进行可视化分析。结果Top100文献于1978—2015年出版在18种期刊中,刊载文献最多的期刊是SPINE(61篇),其次是JOURNAL OF BONE AND JOINT SURGERY-AMERICAN VOLUME(12篇)。397名署名作者来自16个国家、159家研究机构,其中华盛顿大学(31篇)、费城Shriners儿童医院(11篇)、哥德堡大学(9篇)是全球AIS高影响力研究产出最多的科研机构;华盛顿大学Lenke LG(31篇)以及Bridwell KH(22篇)、费城Shriners儿童医院Betz RR(11篇)是全球AIS高影响力研究产出最多的作者。AIS高影响力文献主要研究方向包括:AIS内固定手术治疗、AIS支具治疗、AIS矢状面平衡和力线重建以及AIS病因学和发生发展机制研究。结论全球AIS高影响力研究主要刊载在SPINE杂志,美国科研机构在该领域占据绝对优势,AIS矢状位平衡重建、AIS基因病因学研究、AIS内固定手术治疗和支具治疗疗效评价均是近年研究热点。Objective To conduct a bibliometric and visual analysis of the highly cited literature on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS),sort out the highly influential authors,institutions,and publications in this field,and analyze the global research directions and hotspots revealed by the highly cited papers.Methods The Science Citation Index Expanded database in the core collection of Web of Science was used as the source of literature data,the related literatures of AIS were searched,and the first 100 cited literatures(Top100 literatures)were selected as the research object.Excel2019 was used to describe the publication information of Top100 literature.VOSviewer software was used to visually analyze Top100 literature and periodicals cooperation network,national cooperation network,institution cooperation network,author cooperation network,and keyword co-occurrence network.Results Top100 articles were published in 18 journals from 1978 to 2015.The journal with the largest number of articles was SPINE(61 articles),followed by JOURNAL OF BONE AND JOINT SURGERY-AMERICAN VOLUME(12 articles).Among them,University of Washington(31),Shriners Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia(11),Gothenburg University(9)were the most high-impact AIS research institutions in the world,while University of Washington Lenke LG(31)and Bridwell KH(22)and Shriners Children’s Hospital Betz RR in Philadelphia(11)were the world’s largest authors of AIS high-impact research.The main research directions of AIS high-impact literature included:AIS internal fixation surgery,AIS brace treatment,AIS sagittal balance and force line reconstruction,as well as the etiology and pathogenesis of AIS.Conclusion The global high-impact studies of AIS are mainly published in the journal SPINE,and American scientific research institutions are dominant in this field.AIS sagittal balance reconstruction,AIS gene etiology,and AIS internal fixation and brace therapy are all hot topics in recent years.
