摘 要:目的分析2022年9月四川省遂宁市发生的一起新型冠状病毒肺炎本土疫情特征,为遂宁市的疫情防控提供参考依据。方法收集本次疫情相关资料,对感染者的流行病学特征进行描述性分析。结果本起疫情持续15 d,共报告205例感染者,男性85例,女性120例,年龄中位数M(P25,P75)为52(34.5,60)岁;无症状感染者90例,确诊病例115例(轻型106例、普通型3例、重型4例、危重型2例),无死亡病例报告。病毒基因测序为奥密克戎变异株BA.2.76,未完成新冠疫苗加强免疫组患重症的比例为2.44%,高于完成新冠疫苗加强免疫组的0.49%;未完成新冠疫苗加强免疫组首次核酸阳性ORF1ab靶标为25.10、N靶标Ct值中位数为25.10,均低于完成新冠疫苗加强免疫组的29.30和28.45。结论随着防控措施的落实,疫情得到快速有效控制。新冠疫苗加强免疫可以有效降低感染者体内病毒载量,减少重症病例的发生。Objective To analyze the characteristics of local COVID-19 outbreak in Suining city,Sichuan Province in September 2022,to provide reference for the prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods The relevant epidemic data of infected people were collected for descriptive analysis.Results Totally 205 cases(85 males and 120 females)were reported during the 15-day outbreak period.The median age[25th percentile(P25),75th percentile(P75)]of the cases was 52(34.5,60)years.There were 90 asymptomatic infections and 115 confirmed cases including 106 mild,3 common,4 severe,and 2 critical ones.No deaths were reported.The results of second generation genome sequencing of 45 isolates showed that the pathogen of the outbreak was SARS-CoV-2 variant Omicron(BA.2.76).The proportion of severe cases in the group with uncompleted COVID-19 vaccine booster(2.44%)was higher than that in the group with complete COVID-19 vaccine booster(0.49%).The first nucleic acid positive ORF1ab target(25.10)and the median Ct value of N target(25.10)in the group with uncompleted COVID-19 vaccine booster were lower than those in the group with complete COVID-19 vaccine booster(29.30,28.45).Conclusion With the implementation of prevention and control measures,the epidemic situation has been quickly and effectively controlled.Strengthening immunization with COVID-19 vaccine can effectively reduce the viral load of infected people and the occurrence of severe cases.
