摘　　要：国能台山电厂1-5号机组燃料系统6kV中压开关柜自陆续投运至2020年累计运行17年时间,根据开关柜设计使用寿命为20年的全生命周期管理,设备已进入使用末端的退役期,故障率上升,运行的可靠性下降以及维修费用持续上升等,严重影响设备的安全稳定运行及作业人员人身安全,通过升级技术改造方案分析,针对各方案优缺点,确定6kV中压开关升级技术改造方案进行技术改造,提升燃料系统6kV中压开关柜安全稳定运行。The 6kV medium voltage switchgear for the fuel system of Units 1-5 of Guoneng Taishan Power Plant has been in operation for a total of 17 years since it was successively put into operation until 2020.According to the full life cycle management of the switchgear design with a service life of 20 years,the equipment has entered the end of service retirement period,with an increase in failure rate,a decrease in operational reliability,and a continuous increase in maintenance costs,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the equipment and the personal safety of operators,based on the analysis of the upgrading technology transformation plan and the advantages and disadvantages of each plan,a 6kV medium voltage switch upgrading technology transformation plan is determined to carry out technical transformation and improve the safe and stable operation of the 6kV medium voltageswitchcabinetinthefuel system.
