摘  要:文章依托疏港高速项目春晓高架桥工程,从复杂约束下墩顶负弯矩段预应力设计和施工工艺把控角度,以1100t/35m超宽大吨位整孔预制箱梁简支变连续结构体系转换为例,阐述复杂约束下大吨位整孔预制箱梁简支转连续施工理论。利用Midas/Civil进行建模仿真计算,分析验证墩顶负弯矩段预应力设计的合理性及安全性,为大吨位整孔预制箱梁简支转连续类似工程施工提供参考。Based on the Chunxiao Viaduct project of the Shugang Expressway,this paper elaborates the theory of simple to continuous construction of large-tonnage precast box girder under complex constraints from the perspective of design and construction process control of negative moment section prestressing at the top of pier under complex constraints,taking the conversion of simple to continuous structure system of 11oot/35m extra-wide large-tonnage whole-hole precast box girder as an example.Midas/Civil is used for modeling and simulation to analyze and verify the reasonableness and safety of the prestressing design of the negative moment section at the top of the pier,which provides a reference for the construction of similar projects with large-tonnage whole-hole precast boxgirder simply supported to continuous.
