几种典型的弹性挡圈安装工艺研究

摘　　要：弹性挡圈也叫卡簧,在机械行业应用广泛,主要安装在圆孔槽上或轴槽上,固定零部件的轴向运动起孔内或轴上轴向限位作用。按照其安装位置分为孔用弹性挡圈和轴用弹性挡圈。按照其结构特点又分为无耳弹性挡圈、有耳弹性挡圈。一般位置的弹性挡圈可用标准的挡圈钳(卡簧钳)进行安装,但是有的内部有弹簧或结构特殊的零件用挡圈钳无法进行安装,需要用工装配合安装。文章重点介绍几种这类弹性挡圈的安装工艺。The circlip,also known as elastic collar,is widely used in the mechanical industry and is mainly installed on the circular groove or shaft groove.The function of it is to fix or put a limit to the axial movement of fixed parts in the hole or on the shaft.According to its installation position,it can be divided into hole circlip and shaft circlip.According to its structural characteristics,it can be divided into ear-less circlips and ear-shaped circlips.The circlip in ordinary position can be installed using standard retain pliers(circlip pliers),while some circlip with internal springs or special structures cannot be installed with circlip pliers,which need to be installed with particular tooling.This article focused on the installation process of several kinds of such circlips.
