摘 要:目的 分析预防接种手机应用程序(APP)的应用影响因素及其对儿童预防接种效果的影响,探索互联网技术在预防接种工作中的应用,为提高南宁市儿童国家免疫规划疫苗合格接种率和及时接种率提供参考依据。方法 2020年11月—2021年3月,采用分层随机抽样方法抽取南宁市15个县(市、区)0~6岁儿童的家长,根据是否使用预防接种手机APP的儿童家长进行分组,比较其儿童国家免疫规划疫苗合格接种率、及时接种率。结果 调查人群中预防接种手机APP使用率为56.05%,预防接种手机APP的使用与儿童年龄、家长类型,以及家长的年龄、教育程度、职业有关(P值均<0.05)。使用预防接种手机APP的家长,其儿童乙肝疫苗、A群脑膜炎球菌疫苗和乙型脑炎疫苗的基础免疫合格接种率分别为98.97%、94.52%和89.38%,均高于未使用组的96.07%、89.08%和82.54%(P值均<0.05);预防接种手机APP使用组乙型脑炎疫苗的基础及时接种率为39.38%,高于未使用组的29.26%(P值<0.05);预防接种手机APP使用组基础七苗全程合格接种率为78.42%,高于未使用组的70.74%(P值<0.05)。单因素分析和多因素logistic回归模型分析均显示,儿童年龄和家长使用预防接种手机APP可能是影响儿童基础七苗全程合格接种率的因素,2~3岁儿童基础七苗合格接种率较低(62.65%)、家长使用预防接种手机APP的儿童(78.42%)高于未使用者(70.74%)。结论 预防接种手机APP的使用受到儿童年龄、家长类型、家长的年龄、教育程度和职业等多种因素影响。预防接种手机APP可有效提高儿童国家免疫规划疫苗合格接种率。Objective To analyze the influencing factors and impact of vaccination mobile application(APP)on children's vaccination effectiveness,explore the application of Internet technology in vaccination work,and provide reference basis for improving the vaccination rate and timely rate of the national immunization program for children in Nanning.Methods From November 2020 to March 2021,stratified random sampling method was used to select parents of children aged 0-6 from 15 counties(cities and districts)of Nanning.Parents were divided into an APP group or a non-APP group depending on whether they used the vaccination mobile APP or not,and compared the qualified vaccination rate and timely vaccination rate among their children against the national immunization program.Results The usage rate of the vaccination mobile APP among the survey populationnwas 56.05%.The use of the vaccination mobile APP was related to the age of children,type of parent,the age,education level,and occupation of parents(P<0.05).Parents who used the vaccination mobile APP,their children's basic immunization rates of hepatitis B vaccine,group A meningococcal vaccine,and Japanese encephalitis vaccine were 98.97%,94.52%,and 89.38%,respectively,and they were higher than 96.07%,89.08%,and 82.54%of the non-APP group,respectively(P<0.05).The basic and timely vaccination rate of Japanese encephalitis vaccine was 39.38%,which was higher than 29.26%in the non-APP group(P<0.05).The qualified vaccination rate of the basic seven vaccines was 78.42%in the APP group,which was higher than 70.74%in the non-APP group(P<0.05).Both univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression model analysis showed that children's age and the parents'usage of vaccination APP may be the factors that affected the qualified vaccination rate of children's basic seven vaccines.The qualified vaccination rate of children aged 2 to 3 years old was low(62.65%),and children whose parents used the vaccination APP(78.42%)were higher than those who did not use it(70.74%).Conclusions The
