摘  要:小菜蛾是十字花科蔬菜的重要害虫,其具有生活史短,世代重叠严重,防治困难等特点。目前化学防治仍是防治小菜蛾的主要手段,然而由于小菜蛾抗药性的提高使得多种传统的杀虫剂在田间防治中已几乎失效。双酰肼类杀虫剂是一类昆虫生长调节剂,因其具有对小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、棉铃虫等靶标生物活性强,对非靶标生物低毒的特性,目前在小菜蛾的防治中已被广泛应用。针对双酰肼类杀虫剂分类、作用机理及对小菜蛾的生物活性、抗药性等方面研究进行总结,为科学合理用药和今后研究提供理论依据。Diamondback moth(DBM),P.xylostella,is an important pest of cruciferous vegetables.It has the characteristics of short life history,the serious overlap of generations,and difficulty to control.Chemical control is still the main means of controlling DBM.However,many conventional insecticides have been almost ineffective in the field of controlling DBM due to the increase in resistance.Diacylhydrazines are insect growth regulator insecticides.These insecticides have been widely used in the control of DBM because of their high activity to target organisms,such as P.xylostella,Spodoptera exigua,Spodoptera litura and Helicoverpa armigera,and low toxicity to non-target organisms.This paper summarizes the classification,mechanism of action,biological activity,and drug resistance of diacylhydrazines insecticides to DBM,which provides a theoretical basis for the scientific and rational use of pesticides and future research.
