摘　　要：[目的]探索甲氧咪草烟中间体5-甲氧甲基-2,3-吡啶二羧酸二乙酯的新合成路线。[方法]首先以草酸二乙酯和乙酸乙酯为原料合成草酰乙酸二乙酯,以丙烯醛和甲醇为原料合成3-甲氧基丙醛;再以原甲酸三乙酯、3-甲氧基丙醛、草酰乙酸二乙酯以及氨基磺酸铵为原料,在催化剂作用下,合成甲氧咪草烟中间体5-甲氧甲基-2,3-吡啶二羧酸二乙酯。[结果]产物结构经过核磁以及进一步除草剂合成得到验证。[结论]该方法工艺简单、原料易得、产品容易纯化,适合工业化生产。[Aims]Exploring a new synthesis route for imazamox intermediate diethyl 5-(methoxymethyl)pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylate.[Methods]Diethyl oxaloacetate was prepared from diethyl oxalate and ethyl acetate,while 3-methoxypropanal was prepared from acrolein and methanol.Then using triethylorthoformate,3-methoxypropional,diethyl oxaloacetate and ammonium sulfamate as materials,in the presence of catalyst,imidazolinone herbicide intermediate 5-(methoxymethyl)pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylate was synthesized.[Results]The structure of the product was verified by NMR and further synthesis of imazamox.[Conclusions]The process is simple,the raw materials are easy to be got,and the product can be simply purified,which were suitable for industrial production.
