摘  要:[目的]利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)建立阿维菌素纳米微囊悬浮剂中有效成分阿维菌素的检测方法,并进行优化。[方法]样品经乙腈超声进行破囊提取,采用HPLC法,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液(体积比90∶10)为流动相,使用XDB-C18反相色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器(DAD),在245 nm波长下对样品中的阿维菌素进行测定,外标法定量。[结果]方法的线性相关系数为0.9999;变异系数为0.81%;平均回收率为98.44%。[结论]该检测方法快速、简便,准确度和精密度高,可用于阿维菌素纳米微囊悬浮剂的定量分析。[Aims] This study aimed to establish an analytical method for detecting abamectin in nanocapsule suspension by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and optimization of it.[Methods] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile by ultrasound from broken capsules.The abamectin in the samples was determined by HPLC with DAD detector and XDB-C18reversed-phase column at 245 nm while acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution(90:10,by vol)was used as the mobile phase,and quantified by external standard method.[Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of abamectin was 0.9999 and the coefficient of variation was 0.81%.The average recovery was 98.44%.[Conclusions] This method is rapid,simple,accurate and precise,which could be applied for quantitative analysis of abamectin nanocapsule suspension.
