摘 要:[目的]探究砜嘧磺隆、精喹禾灵及其代谢物喹禾灵酸在魔芋和辣椒中的残留情况,并评估其长期膳食摄入风险,为11%砜嘧·精喹可分散油悬浮剂(2.5%砜嘧磺隆+8.5%精喹禾灵)在这2种作物上登记提供科学数据。[方法]该制剂以99 g a.i./hm^(2),分别在魔芋15 cm以上、辣椒苗后及杂草2~4叶时,对茎叶施用1次。采用优化的QuEChERS样品前处理方法,结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)同时检测魔芋或辣椒中的目标化合物。根据田间残留数据、毒理学数据和膳食结构,评估了砜嘧磺隆、精喹禾灵的长期膳食摄入风险。[结果]在魔芋和辣椒中,目标化合物的定量限(LOQ)均为0.01 mg/kg,不同添加水平下平均回收率在85%~97%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)不高于7.0%。在魔芋和辣椒收获期采集的样品中,砜嘧磺隆的残留量均低于0.01 mg/kg,精喹禾灵的残留量均低于0.02 mg/kg。针对我国不同年龄段和性别的消费者,砜嘧磺隆和精喹禾灵的慢性风险商(RQc)均不高于12.60%。[结论]在良好农业规范(GAP)条件下施用11%砜嘧·精喹OD,收获期采集的魔芋和辣椒中目标化合物的残留量不会对中国消费者产生不可接受的风险。[Aims] This paper aims to evaluate the residue levels of rimsulfuron,quizalofop-P-ethyl and its metabolite(quizalofop)in konjac and pepper,and to evaluate the chronic dietary intake risk,so as to provide scientific data for the registration of rimsulfuron quizalofop-P-ethyl 11% oil-based surpension concentrate(rimsulfuron 2.5% +quizalofop-P-ethyl)on the two crops.[Methods] This formulation was applied once at an effective concentration of 99 g a.i./ha on konjac(above 15 cm)and pepper(post-emergence,2-4 leaf stage of weeds).A modified QuEChERS method combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)technology was used for the simultaneous detection of the target compounds in konjac or pepper.The chronic dietary intake risk of rimsulfuron and quizalofop-P-ethyl was evaluated according to the field residues,toxicological data and dietary structure.[Results] In konjac and pepper,the recoveries of all analytes were ranged from 85% to 97% with the relative standard deviation(RSD)no higher than 7.0% at different spiked levels,and both of the limits of quantitation(LOQ)were 0.01 mg/kg.The terminal residue levels of rimsulfuron in konjac and pepper at the harvest stage were both below 0.01 mg/kg,while those of quizalofop-P-ethyl were both below 0.02 mg/kg.For consumers of different ages and genders in China,the chronic risk quotient(RQc)of rimsulfuron and quizalofop-P-ethyl were both no higher than 40.45%.[Conclusions] When rimsulfuron quizalofop-P-ethyl 11% OD was applied under the recommended Good Agricultural Practice(GAP)conditions,residues of target compounds in konjac and pepper collected during harvest time would not pose an unacceptable risk to Chinese consumers.
