摘 要:[目的]探究荆芥挥发油中主要成分对玉米象的熏蒸活性。[方法]采用化合物消除法及混配法确定活性成分及不同配比之间的协同效应。[结果]荆芥挥发油及主要成分D-柠檬烯、异薄荷酮和胡薄荷酮对玉米象熏蒸活性的LC_(50)分别为13.48、401.06、112.38、15.38 mg/L。化合物消除评价证明胡薄荷酮是活性成分。D-柠檬烯与胡薄荷酮按照5.39∶61.13的比例混配,R值为1.86,具有协同增效作用。[结论]胡薄荷酮作为新型植物源杀虫剂具有开发潜力。[Aims] This paper aims to study the fumigation activity of the main components from Nepeta cataria essential oil against the Sitophilus zeamais.[Methods] The contribution of individual constituents and synergistic interactions of the main constituents from N.cataria essential oil were evaluated by compound-elimination assay and mixture methods.[Results] The fumigation activity against S.zeamais adults of the N.cataria essential oil and its 3 major components of D-limonene,isomenthone and pulegone were evaluated with LC_(50) values of 13.48,401.06,112.38 and 15.38 mg/L respectively.There was a significant decrease in the corrected mortality when pulegone was eliminated from the mixture,which indicated pulegone was the active compound.The composition of D-limonene and pulegone based on natural proportions of 5.39∶61.13 exhibited synergistic insecticidal activities with R value of 1.86.[Conclusions] Pulegone has potential for development and utilization as new botanical insecticide.
