摘  要:[目的]从塔宾曲霉L-27菌株发酵液中分离具有除草潜力的化合物。[方法]采用弱碱性阴离子树脂D301富集、0.1 mol/L HCl乙醇溶液解吸、有机溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱分离,HRESIMS和NMR进行结构鉴定。[结果]分离到2个2,5-呋喃二酮化合物,3-己基-4-甲基-2,5-呋喃二酮(1)和2-(4-己基-2,5-二氧代-2,5-二氢呋喃-3-基)乙酸乙酯(2)。在800 mg/L,化合物1强烈抑制藜、稗草、狗尾草、反枝苋、马齿苋和马唐的胚伸长,抑制率均在90%以上;化合物2仅对狗尾草胚伸长显示强抑制作用,抑制率达(98.2±1.3)%。盆栽试验表明,化合物1和2均可导致反枝苋叶片脱水,且化合物2的效果明显强于化合物1。以2000 mg/L涂抹化合物2于反枝苋叶片,5 h(2叶期)或24 h(5叶期)后叶片脱水干燥,且光照有无不影响脱水效果。[结论]化合物1和2具有衍生开发除草剂的潜力,推测2引起的叶片快速脱水与ROS暴发有关,且与现有除草剂诱导ROS不同。[Aims] To isolate herbicidal potential compounds from the fermentation broth of Aspergillus tubingensis L-27.[Methods] Enriched by weak basic anion resin D301,desorpted by 0.1 mol/L HCl ethanol solution,extracted by organic solvent,separated by silica gel column chromatography,the compounds were finally obtained,whose structures were identified by HRESIMS and NMR.[Results] 2,5-Furandione derivatives,3-hexyl-4-methyl-2,5-furandione(1)and ethyl 2-(4-hexyl-2,5-dioxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-3-yl)acetate(2),were obtained.At 800 mg/L,compound 1 had significant inhibitory effects on embryo elongation of Chenopodium album,Echinochloa crusgalli,Setaria viridis,Amaranthus retroflexus,Portulaca oleracea and Digitaria sanguinalis,with more than 90% inhibition rate.Compound 2 only showed significant inhibition on S.viridis with inhibition rate of(98.2±1.3)%.Pot tests showed that compound 1 and 2 could lead to leaf dehydration of A.retroflexus,and the effect of 2 was much stronger than that of 1.Smeared by compound 2at 2000 mg/L,the leaves of A.retroflexus were dehydrated and dried after 5 h(2 leaf stage)or 24 h(5 leaf stage),and the dehydration effect was not affected by light.[Conclusions] Compound 1 and 2 have potential to derive herbicides,and it is speculated that rapid leaf dehydration caused by compound 2 is related to the outbreak of ROS,different from existing herbicides inducing ROS.
