摘 要:为寻求化石燃料的替代品和实现生物质热解产物的高效资源化利用。本研究以棉秆为热解原料,利用分级冷凝的方式,分别获得了高热值的一级生物油、酚类物质富集的二级生物油以及酸类物质含量极高的三级生物油。并在此基础上探究了冷凝温度及不同级冷凝方式对3类生物油特性的影响。结果表明:一、二级冷凝温度的变化对各级生物油产率、含水率、热值、总酸以及总多酚含量影响显著,但影响程度不同;获得高热值、总酸和总多酚含量所需的冷凝条件也不同;综合考虑分级冷凝产物的特性,获得产物最大利用价值的条件为分级冷凝,一级冷凝温度180℃,二级冷凝温度100℃,三级冷凝温度0℃。In order to find alternatives to fossil fuels and advance the efficient utilization of biomass pyrolysis products.In this study,cotton stalk was used as raw material for fractional condensation to obtain the first fraction bio-oil with and high calorific value,the second fraction bio-oil with high phenol content,and the third fraction bio-oil with high.Furthermore,the effects of condensation temperature and different types of condensation approaches on the characteristics of three kinds of bio-oils were investigated.The results indicated that the temperature changes of the first and second fractionation showed significant effects on the product yield,moisture content,calorific value,total acid,and total polyphenol content of bio-oil,while the degree of influence was varied.Besides,the condensation conditions required for the high heat value.total acid,and the total polyphenol content are also different.As a result,considering the characteristics of the fractional condensation products,the optimal conditions to obtain the most valuable products are first fractional condensation at 180℃,followed by second fractional condensation at 100℃,and the third fractional condensation at 0℃.
